I’m excited to announce that SoftChalk has been acquired by AssetWorks LLC, a subsidiary of the Volaris Group and Constellation Software, Inc.

Although this sounds like a big change, in practice you will continue to work with the same SoftChalk team you always have—the big difference is the opportunity for an even brighter future together. With the support of AssetWorks, SoftChalk anticipates more and faster innovation of our products and services as we gain access to additional resources to both strengthen and expand our current product offerings and market presence.

For more than 18 years, the SoftChalk team has enjoyed working with you—our customers and partners—in providing an easy way to create engaging, interactive online learning content. Today that mission is more important than ever. The SoftChalk team is excited to join with AssetWorks to support our educator community to meet this challenge.
