Browsers	Windows: Mozilla/Firefox 10 or higher, Chrome 54.0.2840.99 m or higher, IE 11 or above, Microsoft Edge Apple: Firefox, Safari 1.2 or higher, ChromeBecause of Microsoft restrictions on accessing interactive content in locally saved files, we do not recommend using either IE or Edge to preview lessons that are saved locally on your computer. Lessons saved to SoftChalk Cloud can be previewed using these browsers.
Supported Media Types	Images: gif, jpg, png Audio: wav, au, mp3, mp4, aiff, ram Video: avi, mov, mpg, YouTube—most video files can be linked or embedded into a lesson. Other: PDFs, Webwidgets, Storyline, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, PowerPoint, Excel, Word—most files can be linked or embedded into a lesson.

Viewing SoftChalk Create Content
Hardware
Memory/Disk Space	SoftChalk content is viewed in a web browser, so no additional RAM or disk space is required beyond that required by the browser.

Browsers	Windows: Chrome, Mozilla/Firefox 10 or higher, IE 11 or above, and Edge Apple: Firefox, Safari 1.x or higher, Chrome 54.0.2840.99 m or higher
Mobile Devices – Web	Viewing content on most smart phones and tablets is supported. No ”App” is required for viewing in a web browser. SoftChalk content can be viewed with most mobile-device web browsers. SoftChalk content has been tested with iPads, iPhones, and smart phones/tablets running Android 2 or higher operating system. (Chrome, Firefox, and Opera-mobile browser is recommended for use with Android devices.)
