These specifications apply to both the Web Launch (Cloud) and the Desktop version of SoftChalk Create.

Viewing Content with SoftChalk Create
Hardware
Memory/Disk Space	SoftChalk content is viewed in a web browser, so no additional RAM or disk space is required beyond that required by the browser.
Software
Operating Systems	Windows 7/8, VISTA, Windows XP Apple: Macintosh OS X
Browsers	Windows: IE 8 or above, Mozilla/Firefox 10 or higher Apple: Safari 1.x or higher, Firefox Google Chrome is NOT supported
Flash Player	Free Adobe Flash player 10 or higher (Needed for viewing lessons in Internet Explorer 8 or lessons created with SoftChalk 7. Lessons created with SoftChalk Create (v8) do not require Flash for Internet Explorer 9, Firefox or Safari.)
Mobile Devices	Viewing content on most smart phones and tablets is supported. No”App” is required. SoftChalk content can be viewed with most mobile-device web browsers.SoftChalk content has been tested with iPads, iPhones, and smart phones/tablets running Android 2 or higher operating system. (Opera-mobile browser is recommended for use with Android devices.)
